The meeting will be held physically.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Time:<\/strong> 6:00 PM \u2013 8:30 PM.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Location:<\/strong> Gotland Green Center, Roma, in the large conference room above the restaurant.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 1\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p>Please note that members who are legal entities need to appoint a representative with a written, dated power of attorney that applies to the association meeting specified in the power of attorney. Members who are natural persons may not vote by proxy. Board members (also LAG) may not participate in voting, either as representatives for legal entities or as natural persons. (Leader Gute's statute \u00a712)<\/p>\n<p>The power of attorney must be received by Leader Gute's office no later than March 14. It is acceptable to email a scanned power of attorney to <a role=\"link\" href=\"mailto:info@leadergute.se\">info@leadergute.se<\/a>\u00a0provided that it is signed by the authorized signatory. It is also acceptable to leave the signed original in the association's mailbox at Gotland Green Center, Roma.<\/p>\n<p>The power of attorney form can be downloaded <a href=\"https:\/\/leadergute.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/36\/2023\/01\/Fullmaktsblankett_ombud_foreningsstamma2024.pdf\">HERE<\/a><\/p>\n<p>During the association meeting, Leader Gute's initiative to reach and engage young people will be presented by project employee Ottilia S\u00f6derstr\u00f6m. The initiative is part of Leader Gute's project \u201dWe Rural Builders in Gotland.\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Leader Gute offers sandwich cake, chips, candy, and coffee.<\/p>\n<p>All meeting documents will be available on February 29.
