{"id":6774,"date":"2025-10-07T11:22:14","date_gmt":"2025-10-07T11:22:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/leadergute.se\/?p=6774"},"modified":"2025-10-08T07:22:43","modified_gmt":"2025-10-08T07:22:43","slug":"ny-junior-projektledare-inom-ung-livskraft-i-samverkan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/leadergute.se\/en\/ny-junior-projektledare-inom-ung-livskraft-i-samverkan\/","title":{"rendered":"New junior project manager within \u201dYoung Vitality in Collaboration\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p class=\"paragraph\"><span class=\"normaltextrun\">My name is Matilda Werkelin and I have recently taken on the role of junior project manager in Leader Gute's inheritance fund project \u201dYoung vitality collaboration\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\"><span class=\"normaltextrun\">I am 19 years old and graduated this spring, and see this as a valuable opportunity to both develop my own skills and at the same time contribute to an important project for Gotland's youth and associations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\"><span class=\"normaltextrun\">I play bowling in St\u00e5nga IF and am also a substitute in the Culture and Leisure Committee. Through these two factors, I have gained insight into how significant community, participation, and the opportunity to influence are \u2013 especially for young people.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\"><span class=\"normaltextrun\">I chose to apply for the position of junior project manager because I want to help create more opportunities for young people to realize their ideas, take space, and feel involved in the development of the association and cultural life in Gotland.
