The project is run by a senior project manager, a junior project manager, and a communicator. The project is about enabling more young people to express their engagement and create activities as well as build bridges between young people's ideas and associations in Gotland's rural areas. Among other things, we do this by supporting older members within associations and young people to collaboratively create activities based on young people's interests.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">The project runs for three years and is now in its first year, with established working methods and structures.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Tasks for junior project manager.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">We are looking for you who want to work as a junior project manager in the project. You will actively work to be where young people are and adapt content and the project's activities to the needs and interests of young people. This means seeking out young people and exploring their interests and needs. You will lead a young action group and a young network. With support from the communicator, you will also communicate the project via social media and spread the project through photos and videos. You will also develop an inspiration and instruction video.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Qualifications: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">We are looking for you with a junior profile, which may mean that you have recently completed your high school or other higher education and are at the beginning of your career. You have a broad network among young people in Gotland's rural areas. You enjoy using photos and videos to communicate and are accustomed to using social media.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">In our project, we meet many young people who are passionate about culture, motors, epa, and sports. Therefore, we would like you to have an interest in one of these areas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">It is an advantage if you are engaged in Gotland's association life and have experience in leadership, events, and\/or projects.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">As a person, you are attentive, responsible, and cooperative. You are engaged, interested in learning new things, leading your own initiatives, and building long-term relationships. It is important that you enjoy working in a team but can also take significant personal responsibility and carry out tasks independently.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">You have a driver's license and the ability to use your own car for work purposes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">The position requires flexibility and drive to develop Gotland's rural areas, which means you can work during the day, evenings, and weekends. Travel within the assignment is included, even nationally. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Employment <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">The position is a full-time employment at 100%. However, we are open to discussing part-time employment so that the job can be adapted to you and your engagement.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">We apply a probationary period of 6 months. The position includes wellness benefits, occupational pension, and collective agreements. The workplace is the association's office at Gotland Green Center in Roma. Remote work to some extent can be discussed but is based on the needs of the work. A driver's license and personal car for business trips are required.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">The position is placed in a salary range of 25,000\u201330,000 kronor per month, with individual salary setting based on qualifications and experience.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>About us <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Leader Gute is one of 40 leader areas in Sweden and encompasses Gotland's rural areas.
