The meeting will be held physically.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Time: 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Location: Halla community center, Halla<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Please note that members who are legal entities need to appoint a representative with a written, dated power of attorney that is valid for the association meeting specified in the power of attorney. Members who are natural persons may not vote by proxy. Board members (also LAG) may not participate in voting, either as representatives for legal entities or as natural persons (Leader Gute's statute \u00a712).<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The power of attorney must be received by Leader Gute's office no later than March 19. It is acceptable to email a scanned power of attorney to <a href=\"mailto:info@leadergute.se\">info@leadergute.se<\/a> provided that it is signed by an authorized signatory. It is also acceptable to leave the signed original in the association's mailbox at Gotland Green Center, Roma.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The power of attorney form is available for download <a href=\"https:\/\/leadergute.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/36\/2023\/01\/Fullmaktsblankett_ombud_foreningsstamma2026.pdf\"><strong>HERE<\/strong><\/a><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>During the association meeting, the activity report for the past year 2025 will be presented.
