The following applications for support for mini-projects were approved by the Leader Gutes Decision Committee in May and June 2024:
Competence development vouchers:
Gotland's beekeeping district, SBR (Sweden's Beekeepers National Association).40,000 kronor for competence development in process and project management through a training consultant. The purpose is to create a stable organizational structure for a planned honey festival in Gotland.
Östergarns Community Center. 40,000 kronor for process leader training. The Östergarns Community Center association has invited the parishes in Östergarnslandet to collaborate on issues related to crisis and preparedness. There is a desire to continue working and the anchoring around the working method is ongoing. To keep the work together, there is a need and demand for a project/process leader.
Roma Interest Association. 40,000 kronor for project leader training for the project leader of ”Three locations in collaboration” for development in Roma, Klintehamn, and Hemse.
Microfund Öst. 40,000 kronor for training as a project navigator/project leader for building communities with certification. The application emphasizes that ”competence as a project navigator strengthens Gotland's sustainable development by building housing for more and enhancing development in rural areas through more attractive housing forms.”.

Preliminary studies in collaboration:
Hejnum community association. 40,000 kronor to investigate the conditions for a development company in the parish in collaboration with Hejnum Hällar economic association. The money will be used for study trips, among other things, to Rone Development, process and discussion leadership via the Adult Education Association, as well as local rent.
Art Promotion. 40,000 kronor for the project ”People's Park in Slite” to explore the idea of a people's park and to initiate a locally anchored discussion in Slite about how such a historical phenomenon can take on a new expression/function today. The support will be used for process leadership and study trips.
The Sörmlandsäpplen Association. 40,000 kronor for local rent, process leadership, and study trips to inventory interest in fruit cultivation in Gotland, as well as process and vision meetings to discuss long-term development of fruit cultivation on the island.
Strengthen the tourism industry in your area – businesses:
Stelor Gård AB. 38,500 kronor to develop marketing for Västergarn via Stelors website and social media with new photographs, new text in English and German, as well as renewed design. The photographic material may also be used by the Västergarn local heritage association.
Pavals Provence. 17,478 kronor for the project ”Discover a French vintage shop in När.” The support will be used for printed materials, a uniform concept for signage, as well as shopping baskets and t-shirts with the company's logo.
Strengthen the tourism industry in your area – associations:
Östergarns sauna association. 23,600 kronor to beautify the environment and make the sauna more attractive. The facade and roof will be renovated. The outdoor area will be cleared and a hedge will be planted.

Preparedness in the community:
Hejdeby Local Heritage Association.22,111 kronor for the purchase of a defibrillator, emergency backpack, blankets, and water containers.
Rone Local Heritage Association. 23,955 kronor for the purchase of a mobile generator, induction cooktop, pots, and water containers.
Linde School House Association. 24,000 kronor for the purchase of materials for connecting a backup generator in Linde School House.
