At this year's association meeting, Leader Gute's chairman welcomed Magnus Gustafsson just over 30 participants. The meeting was led by Kjell Norman, chairman of Gotland Grönt Centrum, who was appointed as the meeting chairman.
Magnus Gustafsson presented the activity report and annual report for 2025.
Auditor Barbro Hejdenberg Ronsten presented the auditors' report and the board was granted discharge for the year 2025 by the attending member representatives.
The meeting decided that the board shall consist of 17 members and 4 alternates, representing both the non-profit and private and public sectors.
Election of chairman and vice chairman
The meeting elected Magnus Gustafsson, RF-SISU Gotland as chairman of the board for Leader Gute. The vice chairman elected was Gunilla Rosenqvist, Blue Center Gotland.

During the association meeting, two new members were elected to Leader Gute's board: Paola Ciliberto, Region Gotland and Emelie Lundberg, GUBIS.

The following were elected as board alternates Ole Robertsson, Gotland's Community Center District, Britt-Louise Pettersson, Truffle of Sweden, Anders Ahlin, Coompanion Gotland and Lina Mtwana Nordlund, Uppsala University.
During the meeting, soup with Gotland lentils and apple cake was served. After the meal, Leader Gute's operations manager presented Ellen Lundqvist the association's activity plan for 2026.
The meeting then concluded with a presentation about Leader Gute's Heritage Fund-financed project Young vitality in collaboration. Project leader Ottilia Söderström and Freja Glimfalk from the project's youth action group talked about the concept used to build bridges between young people's ideas and enabling associations in the island's rural areas. Operations manager Ellen Lundkvist thanked Freja Glimfalk for the presentation and her contributions to the youth action group within the Heritage Fund-financed project ”Young Vitality in Collaboration.”.
