Mini-Support: Energy Saving for Meeting Places 2.0

This support has existed before but is now being renewed in a second round of applications. The support is aimed at associations that own, manage or use a meeting place in the island's rural areas. The goal is to reduce energy consumption in public meeting places.

A project owner may apply for this support for only one project. Multiple project owners cannot apply for support for the same property.

Project owners who were granted this support in a previous application round can not apply for it again.

The support is 15,000 – 24,000 kronor including any VAT. It can for example go to training and consulting efforts that lead to lower energy consumption at the meeting place. Or purchases of energy-saving products and/or work efforts such as:

  • Air source heat pumps
  • LED lighting
  • Insulation/sealing of windows
  • Measures for reduced hot water consumption

The entire support amount is paid out after the project has been completed and finalized.
