”Companies that improve the environment” will contribute to the development of environmentally friendly regenerative business activities – that is, business activities that improve the environment.
When it comes to purchasing services the grant amount will finance 70% of the current project – the rest must be self-financing. The grant amount can be between 15,000 – 40,000 kronor excluding any VAT per project. Services that can be purchased include, for example:
- Training, skills development, networking, or collaborations in the subject.
- Analyses, consulting efforts, study visits, or testing of products/machines for the development of environmentally friendly regenerative business operations.
- Certain types of marketing of environmentally friendly regenerative products or services.
For the purchase of products it applies that the purchased product/equipment may cost a total of max 24,000 kronor excluding any VAT, and the support is 70% of the purchase cost. The purchases of products should contribute to the company developing working methods, products, and/or services that, for example:
- Improve the condition of local ecological and biological systems.
- Increase local biodiversity.
- Increase carbon binding.
- Create environmental improvements regarding soil/land or sea/water systems.
- Enable tourism where tourists make active efforts to improve the local environment.
