Paola Ciliberto, to the left in the picture above:
– I work as the head of the culture unit at the Culture and Leisure Department in Region Gotland. I have a background in film and have previously worked, among other things, as the operations manager for Film on Gotland and as a developer in film and moving images at Region Skåne's cultural administration.
– My hobbies, besides culture in all forms, include being outdoors in nature and taking care of an old cottage in Vänge.
– I accepted the board position at Leader Gute because I am curious about the engagement and all the knowledge that exists in the rural areas. It is important to have vibrant rural areas and for Leader to exist and support ideas and new initiatives.
Emelie Lundberg, to the right in the picture above:
– I have been working with Gotlandschips for the past eight years, which my brother Oliver and I started together in 2018.
– In my free time, I prefer to spend time with family and friends, train (running and strength training), or engage in some old parish book or genealogy research.
– It is a matter close to my heart that it should be possible to live and reside on all of Gotland, year-round. Being part of Leader Gute's board feels like an educational step in contributing to making that happen.
