About the project
Fårösunds Utveckling wants to investigate through a preliminary study what opportunities exist to develop the area around Bungeviken in Fårösund. The goal is to create a meeting place that embraces both residents, entrepreneurs, and visitors.
The association wants to investigate what future facilities and what infrastructure will be needed in collaboration with the local population, Region Gotland, the tourism industry, and selected organizations.
The intention is to develop proposals for projects and a situational plan for the area as well as presentation materials.

Leader Gutes board decided to prioritize the application for project support on 2025-02-20.
The Swedish Board of Agriculture approved the application for project support 2025-10-24.
The purpose of the project:
To investigate in collaboration with Region Gotland, tenants, local and external contractors, and visitors the possibilities of creating a new meeting place in Bungeviken.

Att to produce a final report according to the template provided by Leader Gute.
