Support for mini-projects:

Preparedness in the community 2.0

This support has existed before but is now being resumed again. Project owners who previously received support within ”Preparedness in the community” can not apply for support within ”Preparedness in the community 2.0”.

The purpose of this support is to contribute to increased local preparedness in Gotland's rural areas.

The support is aimed at non-profit associations in the island's rural areas, such as community center associations, local heritage associations, development companies, and similar.

A project owner may apply for this support for only one project. The support is paid out after the project has been completed and finalized.

The support can be used for purchased services to develop local preparedness, or purchased products to equip local preparedness.

Services that can be purchased include process management, mapping, courses, lectures, training and communication efforts such as producing information sheets and the like.

Products that can be purchased include defibrillators, backup power connections for external generators, and equipment for crisis preparedness (blankets, camp beds, water containers, medical bags, or insulated containers for hot food/drinks).

  • The amount requested will finance 100% of the project. The amount cannot be used for co-financing a project.
  • Projects that have already begun cannot apply for support.
  • It is possible to search SEK 15,000 – 24,000 including any VAT per project.
  • The entire amount is paid after the project is completed and the final report is submitted.
  • The support will be used for the purchase of maximum five products/services.
  • All purchases must be paid for against a clearly specified invoice from a company or registered organization.
  • Payment in cash or Swish may only be made up to 1,000 kronor, but even then, complete receipts are required.
