We offer a light tasting buffet with innovative blue food – both from fish caught in Ronehamn and from sea plants.
The chef Gustaf Kristiansson from Bakfickan in Visby, guest chef for the day at Kapten Grogg, shares his views on blue food.
Gunilla Rosenqvist, project manager
for Blue Center Gotland and director at the Research Station AR, provides the researcher's perspective on the Baltic Sea and the blue industries.
Allan Pettersson describes how the new small-scale and sustainable fishing is developing on the island. Allan has been a subsistence fisherman all his life. He has worked on several fishing projects, e.g. ”Fish from Gotland – sustainable and smart”. He is now also partially working for Gutefisk.
Afterwards, there will be time for coffee, questions, conversations, and a summary.
