App for more local events
– In this project, we contact among others artists, venue owners, and potential organizers around the parishes of Gotland. By entering their venue, their band, their choir, or performance in the EasyArr app, our fantastic cultural offerings are made visible, and we find each other. Thus, several event ideas can be realized on the island, says Lars Gidfeldt on Easy Arr with headquarters in Barlingbo.
The app also makes it easy and safe for unestablished artists and local actors to finance and carry out events.
About the project

- Purpose: to give the small-scale cultural and business life in Gotland new conditions to collaborate on creating events without financial risks and with minimal requirements for prior knowledge and administrative ability.
- CASE: to reach out to and include several local categories such as local heritage centers, churches, commercial cultural venues, theaters, and restaurateurs with ambitions to create events. And to create conditions for new job opportunities and more events within the cultural and tourism industry.
