factory for textile value chain
The Leader Gute-supported project ”Textile Factory Gotland” became an important continuation of the process to create a renewed wool production on the island.
In the project has GUTI (Gotland's Wool and Textile Industry) emerged. Here, the Gotland wool that is washed at the Wool Office in Endre can become finished garments and products. In addition, other textile production has been added. At GUTI, companies collaborate to develop their operations in an environmentally friendly facility with several different production machines.

Purpose: to develop textile companies and create a textile value chain in Gotland in a shared environmentally friendly textile factory – a CoWorking Factory.
CASEto collaboratively create a pilot facility for the textile industry, implement skills-enhancing measures, develop a structured collaboration model, and compile and disseminate the project's experiences.
