Den 1 december 2023 öppnar nästa ansökningsomgång för Leader Gutes projektstöd till större utvecklingsprojekt på öns landsbygder. Ansökningsomgången pågår till och med den 2 januari 2024.
Inför denna ansökningsomgång bjuder Leader Gute in till Öppet Hus den 16 november kl. 15.00 – 17.00. Under mötet fokuserar vi på hur ni skriver er ansökan om projektstöd i Jordbruksverkets E-tjänst.
Öppet Hus-mötet äger rum på Leader Gutes kansli vid Gotland Grönt Centrum, Roma.

Projektstöd är till för större utvecklingsprojekt ställer höga krav på ansökan och redovisning. I ansökan (via Jordbruksverkets E-tjänst) ska det bland annat framgå hur projektet stämmer överens med leadermetoden och Leader Gutes strategi.

Under mötet den 16 november ger vi en övergripande beskrivning av projektstöd. Sedan lägger vi tonvikt på följande punkter:
- Describing your project in the Swedish Board of Agriculture's E-service. The foundation is to first formulate a project that aligns with the leader method and Leader Gute's strategy. Then it is important to transfer this project formulation correctly to the application form in the E-service.
- This is how your application for project support is assessed. When you have submitted your application via the E-service, it will be assessed by Leader Gute's board, called LAG (Local Action Group). To make the assessment, LAG uses so-called selection criteria that are scored. Here we will go through how this process works.
- The attachments that should be included with the application. With your application, a number of attachments must be included. These must be correctly filled out, relate to the goals of your project, and show that you have the prerequisites to carry out the project. This includes, among other things, the budget. We will emphasize the attachments that we know from experience can be particularly tricky.
- Tips for those of you applying for project support. We will conclude by summarizing what is most important to consider when entering the application in the E-service. And we will give you our best tips to facilitate this work.
After this presentation, there will be time for questions and discussions. Our coffee table will be set up throughout the meeting.
