On March 15th from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Leader Gute invites you to an Open House. This time the focus is on how to write your application for project support for larger development projects in the Swedish Board of Agriculture's E-service.
The Open House meeting takes place at Gotland Green Center in Roma, above the restaurant.
We are targeting those of you who, through associations, companies, or organizations, want to apply for project support – and already have a clear project idea for locally led development in Gotland's rural areas.
Project support is intended for larger development projects that place high demands on application and reporting.
The application must include, among other things, how the project aligns with the leader method and Leader Gute's strategy. The application is entered into the Swedish Board of Agriculture's E-service.
During the meeting, we will provide an overview introduction on how to write an application in the E-service and describe how the application is assessed. This will be done using a fictitious project application.
We will start by going through the E-service overview. Then we will emphasize the following points:
- Describing your project in the Swedish Board of Agriculture's E-service. The foundation is to first formulate a project that aligns with the leader method and Leader Gute's strategy. Then it is important to transfer this project formulation correctly to the application form in the E-service.
- This is how your application for project support is assessed. When you have submitted your application via the E-service, it will be assessed by Leader Gute's board, called LAG (Local Action Group). To make the assessment, LAG uses so-called selection criteria that are scored. Here we will go through how this process works.
- The attachments that should be included with the application. With your application, a number of attachments must be included. These must be correctly filled out, relate to the goals of your project, and show that you have the prerequisites to carry out the project. This includes, among other things, the budget. We will emphasize the attachments that we know from experience can be particularly tricky.
- Tips for those of you applying for project support. We will conclude by summarizing what is most important to consider when entering the application in the E-service. And we will give you our best tips to facilitate this work.
After this presentation, there will be time for questions and discussions. Our coffee table will be set up throughout the meeting.
