Checklist – important before application

If your organization or your company wants to apply for project support, you should start by sending a checklist to Leader Gute.

Here you answer a number of questions about your project idea, in relation to what is required to be able to apply for project support. You can find the checklist HERE. 

Leader Gute's office reviews the answers in your checklist and makes an assessment of whether your project has the opportunity to apply for support. Then we will get back to you with feedback.

NOTE! It is important that the checklist reaches Leader Gute well in advance before the application for project support is to be made, so that we have time for feedback (see Dates for 2024/2025 below).

Application via the Swedish Board of Agriculture's E-service

After a review of the checklist with us, it is time to write your application via the Swedish Board of Agriculture's E-service.

It is required that the person making the application has a valid power of attorney. The Swedish Board of Agriculture's form for power of attorney can be found HERE.
It may take a week or so to get the power of attorney approved, so it is important to submit the form in good time before the application is to be made in the e-service.
The application must be accompanied by a number of attachments, including a budget for the project.

Leader Gute's office can provide support on how to fill out the application in the E-service if needed. You can find the Swedish Board of Agriculture's E-service for applications HERE.

Leader Gute's board makes decisions on the prioritization of incoming applications. Thereafter, the Swedish Board of Agriculture makes decisions on support, which can take a few months.
