Execute and Finish
For prioritized applications for project support, Leader Gute offers a kick-off meeting. Here we go over administrative and financial issues that are important during the implementation of the project.
During the project period, partial reports of the project's costs are made via the Swedish Board of Agriculture's E-service.
When the project is completed, a final report and application for final payment are made to the Swedish Board of Agriculture.
Kick-off meeting – this is important during implementation
For prioritized applications, Leader Gute offers a kick-off meeting. Projects may be started at your own risk as soon as the Leader Gute board has made a decision on prioritization. Otherwise, the project will start when the Swedish Board of Agriculture has made its decision.
At the kick-off meeting we go over general questions about implementation and reporting. If a decision on support has been made, we go over the details of the decision. We also go over procedures for applying for advance payments and partial payments from the Swedish Board of Agriculture during the project period.
During the implementation of the project, Leader Gute's office, in collaboration with the LAG board, offers coordination meetings with project owners.
Important to follow Decision on support
It is very important to follow your Decision on support to avoid any deductions and sanctions when reporting to the Swedish Board of Agriculture. Everything that applies to your project support is stated in the Decision on support.
Communication and information requirements
Upon approval from the Swedish Board of Agriculture, Leader Gute will send out a press release about the project.
You will also receive logos to use in your own information about the project.
There are specific rules on how the EU logo should be displayed in connection with projects that receive support.
NOTE! If these rules are not followed, there is a risk of deductions from the granted support.
Information requirements for the project are set out in the Decision on Support.
You can find downloadable logos here. HERE
Reporting/application for payment
When you are starting the project, it is very important to develop procedures for reporting the project. Requirements for documentation for the reporting are stated in the Decision on support.
Remember to notify the Swedish Board of Agriculture of your account number before applying for payment. The form for notifying your account number is available in the Swedish Board of Agriculture's online store.
The total amount of the advance payment is stated in the decision on support. Remember to start by applying for an advance payment before applying for a partial payment.

Amendments to aid decisions
Any changes to the project (end date, funding, activities, purpose and goals, etc.) should be discussed with the Leader Gute office before applying for a change. Some changes can be easily handled by the office, while others may need to be taken up for decision by the Leader Gute board. Applications for changes to funding decisions are always made directly to us at the office and need to be received well in advance of the planned change. Contact the office for guidance via info@leadergute.se
The application for amendment of the decision on support is available in the Swedish Board of Agriculture's online store. HERE.
