Young people's workshop for the development of Gotland's rural areas!

Young Vitality offers opportunities for inspiration and networking for young people aged 13-30 who are curious about organizing in the countryside. The project highlights and acknowledges as well as utilizes young people's energy and ideas.

The project is driven by reference groups within the following two focuses:

• The cultural sector
• Technology and vehicles

Young Vitality values the dialogue with young people where the project is guided and driven by the reference groups. Through continuous dialogue and collaboration, we organize networking meetings, lectures, and study visits in the countryside. We strive to create an atmosphere where young people feel heard and respected and where young people's opinions and ideas are central. Through dialogue, we create a community where young people can feel involved and inspired to explore and develop their entrepreneurial skills.

The goal of the project is to:

• Make visible how diverse the Gotlandic rural areas are.
• In the long term, contribute to an improved entrepreneurial climate and a more positive attitude towards the countryside.
• Engage young people to take on local development issues, through both inspiring communication and by inspiring and showcasing good examples from innovative associations/companies in the countryside.
• Carry out activities that contribute to skills development in entrepreneurship and event organization.
